Hi and Welcome
It's been a long way to get here. I started this consultancy project, backed by a personal story and driven by a desire to help childless people feel accepted and appreciated, among their family and friends, their colleagues, managers, and in the society as a whole. Also, I want to help you, parents, sitting on the opposite side of the table, whatever role you have in our life, hear us and learn to be more sensitive and less judging. I called this project "Human Rocks", in short, HR. It deals with Human Resources issues in the workplace. It addresses the challenges that childless employees face at work, being so vulnerable and sometimes misunderstood, often underestimated, definitely unprotected and unrepresented in the community. We have no voice, no value, and no real identity even.
